Our Registered Psychotherapists

At Psychotherapy Collective all of our therapists are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or CRPO (crpo.ca), meaning they have met all of the requirements to practice psychotherapy throughout Ontario. A few of our therapists carry the title of Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) which means that they are licenced to practice psychotherapy under clinical supervision. Regardless of your physical location, our team of psychotherapists are able to provide online therapy to the entire province of Ontario.

As a relational therapist I observe the impact relationships and life experiences have in shaping our interactions and external views of the world. I believe therapy is a safe space to be true to who you are, to be honest with your feelings, and to explore your current challenges with the goal of empowering you to reclaim your ideal self. I work with individuals, couples, children and families with an expertise in interpersonal relationships.

At the core of my work with clients we seek to explore our unique responses to three fundamental questions; What direction do I want/need to shift my life towards? What actions can I take to make this a reality? What is getting in the way of achieving this? I believe you know what is truly best for you and my role is to support you through this therapeutic exploration rather than lead it. I work with individuals, couples, and youth 16+.
